Every pattern is a complete digital kit. With each purchase you receive:

• • Pattern layout, size chart and required materials

It's a digital PDF pattern, not a physical product. Nothing is posted to you — your files are delivered instantly by email after purchase, so you can start sewing right away.

All of our patterns and instruction booklets are available in English, German and French.

Each pattern is graded and included in the full range EU32–EU50. We recommend checking the size chart against your own measurements rather than your usual ready-to-wear size, as the two don't always match.

Any standard PDF reader will open the files. To switch sizes on and off, we recommend the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, which supports the pattern's layers.

Use the layered A4 or US Letter file and print at 100% scale (make sure "fit to page" or "scale to fit" is switched off). The first page has a test square — measure it after printing to confirm everything printed at the correct size before you tape the pages together.

Yes. Each pattern includes a layered A0 file made for large-format printing, so you can have it printed in a single piece at a copy shop with no taping required.

This is almost always a print setting. Reprint with scaling set to 100% / "actual size" and check the test square on the first page measures correctly. If it still looks off, email us and we'll happily help.

Straight after checkout you'll get a confirmation email with your download links. The files are usually with you within a few minutes — if it's taking longer, check your spam or promotions folder first.

You can shop in EUR or USD — use the currency switch in the menu to change it. Your card is charged in the currency shown at checkout.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus PayPal, Apple Pay and Shop Pay through our secure checkout.

Please check your spam, junk and promotions folders, and that the email address at checkout was correct. Still nothing? Email hello@maisonmaron.com with your order number and we'll resend your files.

Because our patterns are digital files delivered instantly, a refund can't be issued once you've accessed or downloaded them — by ticking the box at checkout you agree to immediate access and waive the 14-day withdrawal right for digital goods.

That said, your happiness matters to us. If something isn't right with your pattern, please get in touch and we'll do our best to sort it out.

Of course. Every pattern comes with an illustrated booklet and a video sew-along to guide you step by step. If you're still stuck, send us a message describing where you are and we'll talk you through it.
